Records Consultants Inc. (RCI) was started in 1985 and we support nearly a thousand nationwide customers. RCI provides affordable consulting services to both government and public markets and has grown from a small Texas based company to a national leader in a variety of management consulting fields. RCI services include:

• Records Retention Management - RCI physically reviews your records and per legislative requirements structures your files to meet your archival requirements. All permanent records will be positioned in an agreed structure or scanned into an electronic file. RCI now offers an electronic document management product.
• Fixed Asset Management Program (FAMP) - to support GASB 34 RCI offers a fixed asset management program that includes a barcode process to account for all assets.
  Insurance Appraisal – Offers a replacement cost assessment that substantiates property values. 
• Records Consulting Services - RCI offers clients a core competency to develop document retention standards for their organizations.
