Medical Insurance
SACU employees who work at least 25 hours per week are eligible to join the medical plan after 90 days of employment. Employee coverage can be extended to spouse and/or children.

Dental InsuranceSACU employees who work at least 25 hours per week are eligible to join the dental plan after 90 days of employment. Employee coverage can be extended to spouse and/or children.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
This benefit is completely funded by SACU. Eligibility begins after 90 days of full-time employment.

Group Term Life Insurance
This benefit is completely funded by SACU. Eligibility begins after 90 days of full-time employment.

Vacation & Sick LeaveEligible employees may use their paid vacation and sick leave after six months of employment.

Pension Plan Retirement
Benefits begin accumulating after 12 months of employment during which the employee has worked, and continues to work, at least 1000 hours. Accumulated funds become vested after three years of employment.

401(k)
Eligible employees may begin investing in the company's 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment.

Employee Assistance ProgramEligible employees and their families may receive free and confidential counseling for any personal, psychological or financial issue.

College Tuition ReimbursementBoth full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive pre-approved tuition reimbursement for college courses currently taken that are relevant to their daily jobs.

Worker's Compensation InsuranceSACU provides immediate coverage to all employees.

SACU employees are entitled to free Cashier's Checks, free Money Orders, free Travelers' Checks, four free wire transfers per calendar year, four free stop payments per calendar year, one free checking account with payroll direct deposit and a 15 percent discount on a safe deposit box.
