The Impact for San Antonio and Alamo Region:To enhance the current and future economic growth, San Antonio and Alamo Region will be required to provide an increasingly skilled, educated and ready workforce.

SAHRMA Human Capital Alliance Mission:To identify and utilize all workforce sources and solutions in order to provide work ready and qualified human capital for San Antonio and Alamo region employers, at a competitive market price, today and tomorrow.

The HCA was formed in 2008 to help with the future needs of our workforce. There is concern that the United States is falling behind global competition in preparing people for jobs of the future.

This group is tasked with being able to enhance the future economic growth for the San Antonio and Alamo Region to assist in providing an increasingly skilled, educated and ready workforce.

• Identify and influence the appropriate stakeholders to re-direct efforts towards workforce readiness and development solutions.
• Promote the integration of business and industry into our educational systems.
• Re-integrate military veterans, displaced workers and disabled into the workforce.
  Integrate skilled and educated human capital resources into an employable ready workforce.
