As a true multiÂ]functional business partner, the Director, Human Resources will be responsible for providing handsÂ]on leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in full support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, the Director, Human Resourcs will enhance all aspects of talent management with heavy emphasis on acquisition, change, organizational and performance management strategies, compensation and benefits. The HR Director is a handsÂ]on strategic and technical business partner and will have a significant impact on overall P&L and success of the company. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Skills / Requirements
The selected Director, Human Resources must bring an immediate credibility to the human resources function through professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest level of integrity. Duties (include, but not limited to): -Establish, implement and execute HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the strategic vision, mission and values -Develop, implement and execute HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives -Function as a strategic business advisor to executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues -Working with the executive management, establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company -Develop, implement and execute comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs -Develop, implement and execute comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost effective -Create and execute the overall Talent Management Process such as acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits -Build the employment brand through social media. -Develop a flexible workforce -Annually review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of Company policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters
