Job: Customer Service Representatives

We are currently seeking candidates for Customer Service Representative positions to work for a company on the Northside of San Antonio.

Medical insurance verification is a plus

Must be available between all hours of operation M-F 7a-10p & Sat 8a - 5:30p CST

Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Responsabiltiies are as follows- -Resolve basic types of customer services inquires including benefits, eligibility, member materials requests, provider look-up and authorization calls.
-Need to be able to respond to customers on a polite and courteous manner especially in stressful situations, project patients, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establish rapport over the phone quickly and remain positive and upbeat over prolonged periods of customer service.
- Express thoughts and information clearly and succinctly.
-Inspire confidence and positively influence the behavior, actions, and thoughts.
- Must be able to consistently meet established productivity scheduled adherence and quality standards and adhere to quality improvement initiatives.
-Must have the ability to learn new skills and retain large amounts of information, facts, rules, procedures, and codes.
- Moderate work experience within own function.
- Some work is completed without established procedures.
