Job: Warehouse Clerks

We are searching for detailed, organized and multi-tasking warehouse and shipping/receiving clerks to work in a fast-paced structured environment.

Candidates must be very flexible with their schedule and must be able to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Ideal candidates should have a stable work history with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Candidate should have inventory control, shipping and receiving, forklift and quality control experience. Knowledge of Excel, PeopleSoft and Oracle is a plus!
Duties:
„« Receive materials & parts
„« Process, package & ship miscellaneous packages
„« Stock and issue material
„« Convey parts material to user departments
„« Issue parts to cover back orders
„« Print and process initial order reports
„« Process rush orders from user departments, key-in requests for production¡Vrelated material from Specialist, count list, update PeopleSoft
„« Process orders for pickup suppliers, miscellaneous suppliers, and packaging suppliers daily.
„« Key in orders to support ordering
„« Attend all walk-up users at window by pulling requested parts, help locate parts and connect users with correct personnel.
„« Modify delivery dates as required on Purchase Orders
„« Contact user departments and suppliers regarding parts/material
