Job: Custodian

Skilled/experienced Custodian needed to be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment at assigned West location. Specific duties include performing daily cleaning of assigned area (e.g., general office areas, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, etc.) which includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, dusting, emptying trash cans, etc., in an efficient manner; maintaining carpet and hard floors in addition to daily mopping and vacuuming, which includes performing regularly scheduled extraction cleaning of carpets, removing spots and stains from carpets; and performing detail cleaning as needed.
Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Sat-Wed);
Off Thur & Friday

High school diploma or GED preferred

Minimum one year custodial services experience preferred

Minimum one year floor care experience preferred

Ability to lift 40 pounds

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
