POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs various data entry related functions in the department of Outcomes and Evaluation. Proficiently operates data entry equipment and computer data applications. Ensures data is completed on a timely basis and is accurately processed. Provides training in the use of various data entry systems to support clinical operations. Ensures that data is updated and maintained effectively so as to provide the necessary data instrumental to the clinical decision-making required to provide a seamless continuity of care for both current and future patients at TDI/UCCH. Protects the privacy of confidential information; complies with instructions from the supervisor to whom responsible. Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and other University Health System employees, faculty, medical staff and the general public.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. One year general clerical work experience is required. Previous data entry experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred. Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
