POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to customer service issues and resolves concerns in an appropriate customer and team-oriented manner. Assists patients, family members, physicians, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Processes payment transactions and accomplishes quality assurance review of payment transactions collected and posted. Monitors operational activities and provides supervisory support for the Customer Service Center.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent required. College or commercial courses in related field preferred. Three years strong experience in third party billing or collections is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Hospital background is preferred.
