POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and distributes patient radiological health information. Follows strict confidential guidelines in the maintenance, distribution, and preparation of radiological reports and images. Performs assigned duties promptly and efficiently to ensure radiology examinations are provided in a complete and timely manner for interpretation. Contributes to the overall success of the Health Information Management team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of some health information management courses, including medical terminology, computer technology, and business-related courses is preferred. One-year general office experience is required. Six months experience in a health information department may be substituted for general office experience. Experience in a large health care facility is preferred.
