Full Time - Salaried + Production Bonus

Responsibilities

Supervise field personnel for residential service department

Monitor production from service department

Assure "great customer service experiences" with clients

Maintain & expand the maintenance agreement program

Service training for field personnel

Customer service

Assist team in maintaining and exceeding financial budgets

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years of industry related experience

Ability to select, train and develop individuals

Exhibit strong ability in communication, leadership and hands-on mechanics and customer service

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Valid drivers license

Clear background check

Clear drug screening
