Money Mart Pawn is currently looking for motivated individuals for pawnbroker positions.

The number one priority of a pawnbroker is providing immediate recognition and assistance to all of all customers. As such, all customers should be greeted immediately up them entering the store.

Sales:
Approach the customer on the sales floor as quickly as possible.
Demonstrate the merchandise for the customer.
Sell the product’s features
Process the sale
Carry the item out to the car for the customer

Loans:
Acknowledge and greet the customer immediately
Meet their need
Always be sure to thank your customers for their business and ask for referrals. That is how we grow!
