Job: Mortgage Processors

Technisource is currently seeking candidates with strong VA knowledge (preferably 5 years) to work on post closing VA audits and/or VA deficiencies and experience with both conventional and va processing/closing knowledge. This position will only entail preparing loan files for audit.

Skills:
Experienced in MS Outlook.
Experienced in MS Office Suite of tools.
Data entry experience.
Minimum of 6 months mortgage lending background.
Good analytical skills and knowledge of loan origination systems.
Ability to work scheduled hours between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm F-F / Saturday 8:00 to 6:00 pm.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Familiar with First Mortgage Conventional, VA, Texas Vet, Purchase Money Second and Convenience Line of Credit loans.
Customer contact experience

-5 years experience in mortage/underwriting.
- VA and Conventional loan closing/processing experience.
-auditing experience.
