As a Sales Consultant you have the opportunity to take programs offered by Dale Carnegie Training, and interact with top trainers. You will work in a supportive, energetic environment where your resourcefulness and creativity will help you to reach for and attain personal and professional growth goals. The Dale Carnegie of San Antonio team is looking for sales professionals that understand prospecting, are able to identify sales opportunities, posses networking skills, are able to present solutions that add value, and can close the sale. Your follow-up that will generate repeat business is critical. You will be provided on-going training and skill development. Based on your performance, you may be able to attend regional and international conferences presented by Dale Carnegie Training, and could be eligible for year end cash awards. You may also develop your training skills as well, for additional compensation opportunities. Skills / Requirements
Skills/Requirements: Skills and qualifications that are required for this position include a 3 year minimum of consultative selling experience. The demonstrated ability to build a demand pipeline of new business to achieve revenue targets, and have a good working knowledge of computer/internet skills, including CRM experience. You must have a least a BA/BS degree.
