We’re seeking focused, accomplished and driven Customer Care Associates to handle the customer service aspects of assigned business-to-business client programs. Specific duties may include obtaining, entering and verifying customer information; answering customer questions, handling problem resolution, adhering to scripts, providing customer service and attempting to sell products or make up-sells as appropriate.

The successful candidate will continually maintain knowledge of product offers and pricing to maximize selling opportunities while accurately maintaining the required client documentation. She/he will participate in team meetings, and complete initial and on-the-job training, and also take part in new product or ongoing training as necessary.

EDUCATION:
High school education or GED required.
Minimum 6 months customer service, sales or related experience required. One year of full time college course work from an accredited school, in pursuit of a degree, may be substituted for required experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing.
Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific departments, projects or clients, which could include the following preferred experience(s): consumer packaged goods, insurance, small appliance, military, fitness industry, furniture/bedding, financial services, grocery, restaurant, food industry, durable medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, lead generation, telecommunications or wireless industry.

OTHER:
Bilingual in English and Spanish, or English and French may be required for a specific department, project or client.
Ability to travel may also be required.
