POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides competent technical skill in the operation of electroencephalograph equipment to record polysomnograms, nocturnal penile tumescence studies, and multiple sleep latency tests. As a skilled technician position in the Sleep Laboratory, performs quality polysomnograms and for proper care and operation of equipment used.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school graduation or equivalent and one year of recent experience in a Sleep lab as a polysomnographic technician is required. A recognized course in Sleep Lab Polysomnography and three years of recent experience in a Sleep lab as a polysomnographic technician is preferred. Certification in polysomnographic technology, is also preferred.
