Summary: The Commercial Services Manager will work to grow new and existing business by expanding our territory through sales of additional services and coordinating sales activity into the existing customer base; all towards the goal of maximizing the revenue generated from the network of our customer relationships. Additionally, the Commercial Services Manager is responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities through referrals from the existing client base. This role is considered an invaluable member of the sales and commercial services team and must have the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to succeed in a double digit growth environment. You will be a "hands on¨ account management professional operating with a sense of ownership.
Essentials Functions: -Drives revenue through recognition and realization of opportunity with new/existing accounts; -Manages account relationships as the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues; -Works with customers and NES resources to leverage NES services to enhance customers business and grow NES's opportunities; -Supports President & CEO in developing new business; -Develops annual account action plans; -Identifies all commercial customer contract renewals and builds plan for the renewal of those contracts; -Drives profitable revenue growth year over year with assigned accounts; -Meets and exceeds monthly and annual revenue goals by executing an account growth strategy; -Conducts regular business reviews and reporting with major accounts; -Manages relationships with clients to further sales opportunities and ensure continued customer satisfaction; -Tracks and maintains all account activity in the commercial department; -Provides input into pricing, positioning and strategy within assigned vertical or markets; -Provides sales forecast and other reports to President & CEO as required; -Other responsibilities as assigned. Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
-Track record of exceeding goals and targets; -Exceptional customer service orientation; -Strong foundation in managing demanding customer base; -Background in sales, marketing, and/or major account management. -Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel and Internet sources is required. -TSS experience (Temp Scheduling System) highly preferred. Education/Experience: -Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and 5 plus sales/account management experience; -Significant experience in a sales environment. -Healthcare experience highly preferred.
