POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Assumes the responsibilities of leadership in varied clinical settings to ensure efficient and appropriate administration of care. Supports and maintains the University Health System as well as the clinics departmental policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
BSN is preferred. Recent experience in area of assignment or at least one year patient care experience preferred. Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider card.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current RN licensure from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas is required.
