Jobing Description
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to relationships internally and externally ranging from Employee to Chief Executive Officer. Complies and records information regarding temporary job openings and refers qualified applicants from register of temporary workers and obtains and records job requirements.

Essentials Functions:

Identify qualified potential candidates via internet job posting sites, internet search engines, submitted resumes, and referrals.

Administrating initial screening and testing activities.

Coordinating pre-screen procedures and interviews for potential candidates.

Process new hire paperwork, perform background and credentialing checks, interview potential candidates and conduct orientations.

Ensure personnel files and staffing database is updated and accurate in all areas including candidate’s personal information, certifications, shift preference and pay information.

Coordinate staffing to achieve profitability and help attain department sales goals.

Daily communications with clients and field staff.

Create and maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Demonstrates leadership capabilities with ability to manage and place multi disciplined healthcare staff.

On-Call duties as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned.




Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:

Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel and Internet resources is required. Recruiting experience and knowledge of healthcare field preferred. TSS experience (Temp Scheduling System) highly preferred.
