CLIENT*s Project Delivery group is seeking 2 Business Manager/Business Architect individuals to perform services at CLIENT Home Office in San Antonio.
Technical Requirements:

Supplier resource will have the following skills / experience:
* Prior auto insurance, automobile sales/research, or financial services industry experience
* Prior experience designing new business processes
* Meeting facilitation and experience in gathering business requirements.
* Experience developing cost benefit analysis reports
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, business process and flows

* Demonstrated ability to translate business processes to applicable requirement types (functional, technical, etc)

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

* Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution experience

* Ability to work overtime, evening & weekends, as required.

* Experience briefing all levels of management

Requirements and Specifications:

* Review documentation regarding specific business processes, policies and procedures
* Interview business owners to determine current as is business processes
* Document as-is business processes and work flows
* Analyze as-is process to make recommendations for process streamlining and improvements
* Develop, refine and document preliminary to-be process
* Develop business control plans
* Gather, develop, document, review and seek approval for project requirements
* Conduct joint application design sessions
* Coordinate and conduct joint application design sessions
* Coordinate and conduct usability sessions
* Coordinate with business areas for expert evaluation, member experience reviews
* Perform gap analysis
* Perform cost benefit analysis
* Create and communicate change management plans
* Review and approve test cases
* Prioritize testing defects
* Document project close out documents.
