Job: Bilingual Benefits Administrator

eESI is in search of a Bilingual Benefits Administrator who has a passion for the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Administration of various employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD programs, and supplemental insurance policies in a multiple employer environment.

Coordinate daily benefit processing to include: enrollments, terminations, changes claims, etc.

Provide excellent customer service support to all employees and client locations on various employee benefit plans available.

Reconcile monthly insurance bills

Assist in the implementation of new plans and/or changes by preparing; announcement material, booklets, and other media for communicating open enrollment to employees.

Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements both adopted and pending affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, SECTION 125, Medicare requirements

We are seeking an individual with 3 or more years of experience in Benefits Administration and a bachelor’s degree. Being licensed - life, accident, and health is preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Power Point, and Excel and possess excellent writing and customer service skills. Some travel with an occasional overnight required.
