Carenet Healthcare Services is seeking an RN Clinical Care Advisor to join our team of talented professionals who provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education and other services to diverse populations of patients and health plan members.

The Nurse Manager has direct responsibility for the development and performance management of an assigned team of Telephonic Registered Nurse Care Advisors. The Nurse Manager ensures that all team RN Care Advisors practice clinical competence and Carenet core values within their daily function and performance. The Nurse Manager is responsible for coaching, monitoring, and optimizing an assigned team to meet and exceed organizational service goals and ensure clinical competence of the RN Clinical Care Advisor team.
. Position Requirements
- Prior relevant management or supervisory experience
- Minimum five years clinical and/or medical management experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
- Hold a current unrestricted Texas multi-state Registered Nurse License
- Experience in a call/contact center environment preferred
- Telephone triage experience helpful
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation
- Understanding of health benefit plans and the insurance industry
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF, Internet Searches)
Must live in one of the following states with a multi-state license in that same state: AR, IA, CO, GA, MS, MO, ND, NE, NM, TN, TX, VA
