We are growing and looking for an individual that is interested in building their career with a top employer. We are currently looking to fill an opening for a Human Resource Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator works under the supervision of the HR Manager and is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in every aspect of human resources administration. Primary responsibilities include researching, analyzing and preparing for approval a variety of data, information and reports; coordinating with HR, Payroll and carriers to reconcile employee benefit enrollments; Coordinating and assisting with new employee onboarding/benefit orientation and meetings, to include data entry in HRIS system.
Skill / Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields is preferred. Other skills and requirements include the ability to multi-task, deliver effective results within tight deadlines and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
