Responsibilities:  

This position will be responsible for auditing client bills, maintaining customer account files, calculating and entering customer account data, and generating customer reports.

  • Analyze accounts to resolve billing inquiries, negotiate payment options and provide customers with assistance in obtaining various company services.  
  • Review client accounts with the purpose to update account status and ensure proper creditor payout in program.  
  • Monitor and correct account payment discrepancies and creditor payment errors.  
  • Make outbound calls to contact customers regarding delinquent accounts to arrange mutually acceptable payment schedule. 
  • Provide prompt and professional service to client related account questions and requests. 
  • Schedule and calculate wire and manual payments. 
  • Review and update Excel reports to record NSFs/redrafts   

Qualifications: 

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required 
  • 1 year billing/customer service, accounts receivable or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel  
  • Strong analytical and math skills with high attention to detail 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Able to work independently
