    Job Description

    To ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.


    • Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in overall management
    • Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; pre-meal meeting conducted with staff daily
    • Assist in overall supervision of the department
    • Check staff punctuality
    • Monitor timing of guest experience
    • Spot check liquor pars
    • Order daily supplies
    • Complete Moments of Service Audits
    • Handle guest comments and complaints
    • Ensure guest satisfaction
    • Stay on the floor during peak hours
    • Communicate with guests and receive feedback
    • Observe, teach, and correct staff's service
    • Examine food preparation
    • Examine beverage presentation
    • Maintain condition of dining room
    • Administrative responsibilities
    • Assist Director of Outlets in scheduling , forecast weekly, forecast monthly and completing weekly payroll
    • Participate in interviewing applicants
    • Prepare maintenance requests and follow-up
    • Complete other assigned duties
    • Monitor food and liquor requisitions
    • Monitor food waste
    • Monitor labor and payroll costs
    • Check bar controls, shot glass use, red lining, empty bottles
    • Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws
    • Must know emergency procedures (including CPR) and work to prevent accidents
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management


    • Be committed to providing exceptional customer service
    • Must have prior supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality
    • Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Must become winequest certified
    • Must have alcohol training certification (TABC) and food handlers training certification
    • Must adhere to all cash handling policies
    • Previous cash handling experience preferred
